I had an idea after an unfortunate DC about 20 minutes ago. How about an option via the steam app or some way on your mobile, to either pause your game for say 5 minutes if you KNOW you're coming back. of course their would be kinks to work out. If I had it my way it would be a once a day use, 5 minute pause, you'd press some kind of "I'm coming back!" button in an app, and the game pauses.
maybe you queue for a game on a rainy day and it turns to a thunder storm, hydro goes out, pause. Ice storm? pause. angry wife that unplugs the modem? pause. cat steps on your power bar and shuts down your computer? pause.
it would just be nice to have the option to not forfeit the game, or get an abandon or whatever for some totally random incident that punishes not only you, but the other 4 members of your team. and I think 1 of these 5 minute pauses a day is a more than fair and easy to implement way of solving issues like this
