I have been a member of this subreddit since early 2021. It's been amazing to see how much this community has grown and the creative content it produces. BUT, these weekly, nay daily, posts asking if the game can be played solo need to stop.
A simple search on this subreddit, Steam, Google, etc. will tell you it is a very fun game to play on your own. Now, I realize this is a very positive, welcoming community where newcomers are embraced. But I think we've reached the point where some onus should be placed on them to do some of their own research. Did it use to be a fair question? Sure, the first hundred times. But now it comes across as pure laziness.
Solution? Reply with yes and then the post should be locked. Maybe that is too much to ask. How about a pinned post or something in the About section? In any case, I don't think this type of question should be encouraged.
This may be an unpopular opinion given the number of upvotes these "can valheim be played solo" posts get, but I think it's worth raising to see if anyone else feels the same way.
