This post serves as much as a request as as feedback. As even if there are no solutions, it still annoys the hell out of me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. If you like spending 2 hours and a half trying to get a quarter of the ores you need from across the island to your base while sliding down each hill because the game "is a truly punishing survival experience" that's fine. But i don't like it. I don't wanna hear it.

Is there a way or a mod or something i can mess in server settings that speed things up? Stuff like;

• Having infinite energy when no enemies are near, or at least make the jump button not cost a quarter of it? Running out of jumps while building is hateful.

• Making some basic recipes like furnaces require less rare materials. Why do I have to loot around 12 dungeons for cores to have enough furnaces for all my friends?

• speeding up furnaces at all. Coming back with ores and having to wait an awkwardly long time melt but not long enough to put the next batch is horrible.

• add inventory support or management features. Much like the cartwheel to carry ores, but without a weight mechanic to it that serves nothing but making the process feel awkward, slower, annoying and really sloppy. Not greeting them being unable to be transported in portals.

• Making trees drop more materials so I don't have to deforest to make half a home

• The ballista seemed a good inclusion to save time on undesired raids. Until they started shooting us, we dismantled them, and never used them ever again.

• Making repeated deads less annoying. If a player dies 4 times or more before getting their stuff back in some disgusting ass biome, maybe do something more than keep punishing them by making them lose all their levels. Lost a couple friends from playing by this alone.

I could keep going, but you get my point. Stuff that takes the tedious, unintuitive and long out of the game. Anything like that?

Also, i completely understand that the desires of mine and my friends for this game don't match the devs' vision at all. Even tho this game might simply not be for us, Id still would like to give it a try with mods or patches or anything that makes it more casual friendly, cause we are not gonna continue spending that much time in getting so little done.
