Greetings CMDRs, As of today, I have officially encountered a Thargoid Interceptor after a trip to HIP 17403 A 4 A, in the HIP 17403 system, after picking up 3 Thargoid Sensors from a Crashed Thargoid Ship sight. My ship, 'The Stargazer'; an ASP Explorer, was interdicted from witchspace while I was on my way to LHS 20, one Thargoid Interceptor had… well.. "Intercepted" me during my flight back. As I dropped from witchspace, I immediately tried to jump away, but my FSD cooldown got the best of me and I was surged by the Thargoid. As my systems went offline, my ships slowed down and the Thargoid caught up to me and scanned me. I had used the 3rd-Person camera to take a screenshot and get a better look. My systems eventually came online again and I started to fly off but quickly slowed down and turned my ship at the Thargoid, I had saw it deploy its swarm and I turned back toward the system I was 'supposed to' jump to, my FSD charged and the Thargoid advanced toward me and fired upon me but I managed to escape. What has this taught me? That Thargoids are still aggressive, even on the Xbox version of the game.
