I was not expecting such a large update for StW in comparison to what poor BR got. I underestimated what they were going to do with the new maps for ventures (I thought they were just going to use the already existing snow maps for ventures lol) and I was not expecting two of them. You should see the screenshots and early footage of the new maps, they are huge and there is so much to see and explore.
Another thing, they added a new melee weapon. I heard Beast mention we haven't had a new melee in over 2 or 3 years, is that actually the case? I'm a fan of its design because it's one of the more unique weapons we've had as of recent, I'm sure all of the primal and alien weapons from before were just reused from BR… I'm also impressed by how strong it is and how well it holds up in high level missions, though it feels weird that its stats are as high as the SK Ravager.
What are your thoughts on the new stw update?
