The Prophecy of Messiah

I look into the future and I see hardship. I see ganking. I see griefing. I see rage-quits. But most of all, I look into the future and I see unity. I see one game, one universe, one galaxy in which ALL commanders live and die.

As it is, Fdev has to not only balance the game, but balance that balance between 2 distinct realities. In one reality, you and your engineered Corvette are as a God. You trade without shields and you interdict with impunity. But with this omnipotence comes its own flavor of sadness, for though you alone are God, God you are alone.

I know not the hour nor the day of its implementation – or even how it may be accomplished. But what I do know is that this is the path forward. This is the future.

The Prophecy of Messiah, therefore, declares triumphantly: "One instance to rule them all. One instance to find them. One instance to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them." – CMDR Nuke Messiah, 3306 (totally original and definately not based on a quote by any other author)

[No but seriously, there should only be 1 instance.]
