During the livestream they mentioned that this was in the works and coming soon (TM).

I've said it before but I'm putting it in writing now.

When this comes out, most armours are going to be useless because any timmy with crappy ammo or a shotgun can and will get a lucky hit through the gaps of most armours.

Weapons like the UMP and MATCH fmj and anything with a high firerate or large flesh damage like shotguns, will be way more viable than going for super high penetration.

Then people will start using more of the Gen4 Assault/Full, Zabralos maybe, but it will not feel right because of the movement penalties with some of these armours.

So I predict most won't even bother running good ammo, all 'meta' types will go out the window, tons of folks will use shotguns or silly things like MP7 with crappy ammo, MP9 with PSO GZH/PST GZH, stuff like that, on the off chance you get a lucky hit through his thorax plate and instantly kill him.

It's going to be the biggest shake-up to the current gameplay since they introduced face hitboxes and back when they first introduced shotguns to the game (broken AF, each pellet did full damage so you could 2 tap someone through a Zabralo.

I want to open the discussion now, so we can maybe give some constructive feedback on how this problem can be solved..because those in the know, they know it's on the horizon.
