I know I’ll probably get downvoted for praising this game, but here goes.

In a sea of people complaining about the game, I’d like to echo some of the complains, but also just lay out some common ground I hope people and appreciate.

Yes. The sound is worse.
Yes. Streets runs like shit.
Yes. There are server issues.
Yes. There are cheaters (just like every other fps)

What I want to express is how much this game gets right.

The feeling of the gunplay is unlike anything else. The weapons have weight, custom animations, amazing sound and infinite options for attachments and ammo.

The RPG elements are so rad. I love the stash organization, the feeling of finding a rare item, figuring out how to use things to their max potential. This game makes every raid feel like a adventure into the unknown.

A lot of people complain about the weight system, but I actually think that it separates Tarkov from many other shooters. You can’t just juke out an opponent in a fight with a full rig and backpack of gear. You have to risk dropping it and losing everything if you wanna have a chance.

I’ve seen many complaints that the pvp suck now and was better in the past, but I think this game is slowly becoming more of a RPG MMO and not a pvp competitive shooter. I’m not sure that’s what the devs want.

I just think the reason so many people complain about the issues, but refuse to walk away from the game and just seethe about it on Reddit.

I’ve seen many people say the devs “don’t know what their doing” yet, they probably know nothing about game development at all and just want to complain.
Those same devs made a kick ass game, Nakita made a kick ass game with those people. And it’s got problems, but it’s also NOT DONE! And you all knew that when you bought it.
