This isn’t a post complaining about hatchet/pistol runners

Hello all,

I'm a lv 45 who almost religiously only plays Reserve. I notice about half of the PMC's in my solo raids are hatch/pistol runners. I understand this has become a part of the game, but I don't think it makes much sense because of the labels of "survival" and "hardcore". The difficulty of doing these runs are laughable because if you put a couple items in your container you just paid for double or triple the run, if even as low as that. Now, I understand that pistol and hatchet running has pro's and con's so it, but doesn't it feel a little bit ridiculous when your only competition you run into (I kill about 3-4 runners a raid) can't statistically defend themselves?

I myself used to do these runs when I was a noob and I realized that I wasn't getting better. I was just hoarding a bunch of rubles and items that I wasn't going to use because I got so used to just doing these budget money runs. If you're a noob and doing this it's great for money and to learn the map, but when you go to use kits that were funded by your runs, you won't be able to effectively use them.

If you have any thoughts please comment below.

I would love to hear what everyone else thinks.
