It’s very rare that i want to make a positive post about this game, but this event was truly amazing and I’m super thankful that BSG innovated like this. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it’s a solid 9/10.

This event forced new PVP in new areas with a unique and cool mechanic while also being heavily rewarding. I made over 60 million cash this event off of keys and keycards (1 green, 1 black, gave a yellow to a friend plus the probably 20 dorms marked keys and countless cheaper keys) and my stash value went up nearly 100 million over the course of the event due to gear and stuff that I bought.

It’s really cool that BSG added unique animations, mechanics, and textures/effects just for a 3 day event. This is EXACTLY how events should be going forward if it’s not too big of an ask. Totally shakes up the raid.

I also REALLY love how this event exposed a massive skill gap. Bad players couldn’t kill the cultists and were dying to Vengeful Zyrachiy (IE the countless Reddit posts), meanwhile he literally never spawned once in my over 60 raids doing this event because I have the skill and ability to kill the cultists every time. It really wasn’t hard, people. Also the blue light bug isn’t as common as you guys say it is, I experienced it like once and even then any good player knew the common ritual spots and could find it.

The only thing I’d change is making the single extract random per team instead of one global one because there was a lot of exit camping (although I never died to it, always killed them).

TL;DR Thank you BSG, this event was awesome. 🙂
