Logged into ED for the first time since this whole invasion thing started. Ran an evacuating passenger mission. I'm not ready to do AX combat yet. Took a conda outfitted with 6a shield and economy passenger modules. Was Interdiction several times on route. Once as I was jumping into system, and a couple more times while traveling to the station. Those Interdictions were considerably more difficult to evade. Beat me every time. Glitching ship doesn't help. While it was several notches up on the excitement meter I'd urge some improvements to anyone considering the same. Normally I'm fine with a 6a shield. I'd go at least 7a. Or even 8a. I removed the Guardian FSB thinking that might help, it didn't. Ran 2 shield boosters, 2 heat sink launchers, and some PDC.

I'd urge max shields, shield boosters and 3 heat sink launchers as you'll be popping them alot to lower your visibility. They had my shields down to 36% quickly despite my evasion attempts. Lost 5% hull at some point. Saved 160 peeps though.

I wanted a way to participate without engaging thargoids. While I didn't engage them, they definitely did engage me. I still think humans are meant to lose this war based on what I'm seeing. I'm sorry but it really feels like they have other plans for the bubble. That or they really really misunderstand the player base. Time will tell.
