Twitch EPULZEGAMING gone too far?

I'm trying to get a better understanding on how EPULZEGAMING's moderators work.

Context in twitch chat –

Viewer A: "Will I get banned if i type the 'n' word in chat?"

Moderator A: "try it and you'll get banned"

Me with the intention to discourage such negative actions in chat –

Me: "nikke is the new 'n' word"

"You have been permanently banned"

Ok fine. Did i contravene twitch's TOS like this? I wrote in the unban request saying "according to the context, I believe i did not break any twitch TOS".

This is the response I got. Something that made me lose faith in humanity.
