BSG decided what systems they want to use to differentiate between cheaters and fair players. Therfore they are directly responsible for their systems. Currently they offer zero support for any form of ban (unless you are a Streamer like: Tweak, Anton, Lvndmark). Why do we have to contact BattlEye ourselves? BattlEye is a big anticheat with over 20+ games. Do you understand how many metric tons of people they ban from this games? Now you want us to wait us in the exact same queue this people are waiting to get their case reviewed. Can you see the problem?
If people get banned in Tarkov they should get their case reviewed in exactly this game and not wait in a queue with the same people like PUBG, Fortnite, Arma, DayZ, H1Z1 etc..
BSG Support exists, just start use it for this. Every support ticket should be equal important.
Apart from the fact that you should be 100% certain that someone is cheating before banning him. 99% isn't enough. BSG should also be interested in what caused this bans, as any developer would be but they aren't.
