Let's be fair guys, Raxxla IS in the game (maybe Locked), and we have been very close to finding it yet still not

We have hints to it, yet we still have not found it, not because of lack of hints or care from FDEV, but simply lack of interest (and people)

E:D is quite a niche game, it's nature itself makes it so that meeting another CMDR is extremely rare

Raxxla might be in a permit locked system, but one thing I'm sure of is that it's accessible

It's probably in a white dwarf system (maybe binary)

Raxxla is gonna trigger, once found, a narrative wave of change that will probably impact Powerplay, and it might have a link with the Guardians.

All of this is speculative, but one motivation is that I don't want Update 12 to be named the Sitting Update. Remember, the key to Raxxla lies within The Dark Wheel, and your codex, and that's for sure.

And I do really think it's in a white dwarf, maybe neutron system.
