I'm new to the game (2 months) so this will be a post for discussion and to hopefully fill me in on the status quo with VS. I'm not trying to state that I know anything, I'm asking more experienced players to chip in & help me understand.

I love void spirit. I've played probably 50% of the hero's in the game and he's by far my fav hero mechanics wise so far.

It seems he can only really play mid well & even then not amazingly. Jenkins put him in D tier for mid hero's. I'm aware a jenkins tier list vid isn't gospel but he's infinitely more knowledgeable than me. & I haven't even seen VS mentioned for other positions (yes I know he CAN play them).

When I played him safelane & offlane he seems so weak early game (im a noob ofc but relative to other noobs). It seems sad that such an enjoyable hero has been calibrated for only 1 position & still doesn't play that position amazingly.

So my question to you guys is this: Is VS just a specialist mid hero that doesn't need touching, or is he underpowered and in need of a buff?

I'd really love to play him outside of mid but rn just seems like a bad idea. P.S. please don't come at me, just explain to me politely why I'm a dumb dumb 😉
