Continuing the last post.
While the details of this help-your-self balancing tool remains unclear, before it is given to us, we need guidances and assistance from the devs before they leave the game for good. I am not making demands, but humble pleas.
First, if possible, the rework all mechanically outdated cards. Because players won't have access to the codes thus unable to make changes to the cards. Balancing, at this point is not the main focus. It's identifying which cards might not see play at this stage and give them appropriate synergies.Details can be changed through playtesting.
I understand this requires immense effort, but this is the last year so please help us make these changes.
Second, it's setting the ground rules for making changes. Which cards should be changed? How far should they be changed? Access to card/deck data, methods to prevent consecutive and excessive nerf and buffs.
If balancing becomes a democratic process, certain experience should be required to vote for changes, and more experience is required to make the actual changes. A hierarchical system should be implemented.
Third, at the end of 2023, a public statement which guides all players who wants to be a part of the process to reddit, so all voices can be heard.
