I was mid Ancient, left the game for few years. Recalibrated while playing support, and I get calibrated to Archon. I don't care. But I'm finding it tough to make it out of Archon now. Even back then, sometimes I went down to Legend and it still isn't this hard to get back to where I belong. With Archon, I feel like it's a never ending hole…

Defensive/offensive wards? Check.

Objective-focused wards? Check.

Stacking? Check.

Winning the lane? If I can't help my lane win lane, I go overload other lane. 9 out of 10 times by mid game, my team tends to have 50% more kills and 1-2 more towers than the other team.

It is mid game onwards that is driving me nuts. I can only smoke/wards so much, if the solo carry doesn't see map and get ganked 1v3, what can I do? When carry builds shit item because they take the game for granted by mid game, what can I do? When carry have BKB but don't use it, what can I do? When all 3 cores pick things that don't combo well with the first 2 picks, what can I do?

My idea that I have never tried yet:

– Pick support that can transition to core.

– Pick core myself instead lol

Any idea/tips?
