It used to be, set up your board plan your moves ahead, defeat your enemy bit by bit.
Now with every new cards added it gets more into playstyle of playing one card with a power of couple cards, or playing a card to play a card to play a card to play a card etc.
Plus, Ring of Favor is by far the most broken and polarizing card that was ever added to this game, you could play around levitating mages, playing against RoF is now to give up round 1, in a round 1 heavy meta. 8 provisions 16-18 power on average and a free mulligan as a bonus in a form of a neutral card.
One card that makes any deck its in a "toxic" deck. We used to play against factions, now it feels like we play against one card.
I feel that every new card set makes this game more and more binary.
What can we do to communicate to CDPR that things like that make Gwent less and less unique?
Sorry for a long post.
