The problem of EG is that they aren't eating a healthy diet. I think the members of EG suffer from deficiencies in the following nutrients:
-Tryosene (low Dopamine and Epinephrine)
-Vitamin D
-Zinc
In combination with a stressful lifestyle of tournaments and poor quality sleep, the microbiome of EG is clearly struggling. Look at how Arteezy has baggy eyes and dark circles in this video: Arteezy, the ARTiZy?? My boyfriend gave me makeup! -Arteezy and Dove's vlog#2 – YouTube
compared to his healthier complexion here: Arteezy's 5 Favorite Things – YouTube . He is also noticeably less swole now.
Look at how Arteezy fails to pop bkb in time here: https://youtu.be/lDqYoyWnAMc?t=4364. Where is the reaction time? Healthier Arteezy would pop bkb 100%.
Look at how Abed fails to react here: https://youtu.be/lDqYoyWnAMc?t=4935. Classic symptom of poor nutrition.
EG need to consume more Leafy green vegetables and garlic: Both green vegetables and garlic have been seen to increase cognitive functioning. They are rich in Vitamin K, lutein, folate and beta carotene. Additionally, they hold decent quantities of protein. This is extremely beneficial for your brain function and reflexes.
Listen to bulba's voice in this interview: https://youtu.be/T1sgP2CX_Q4?t=1911. Sounds like low testosterone, right? Likely due to not eating enough beans. This caused poor drafting as low testosterone can lead to memory issues and brain fog.
Hopefully EG can start eating healthier meals before the next TI.
