Let the salt flow!
My personal ones:
- The AS VAL – The AS VAL is a stupid and broken gun that need to be nerfed. It's an internally suppressed laser with a dovetail mount for easy optic access. All you need is a TOZ mount, a grip, a OKP-7 and you are ready to go. ~43 Vertical Recoil and ~70 horizontal Recoil with minimal cost for modding it. You literally cannot win against this gun in a fight, unless you're also rocking a VAL or an M4/HK with M995. 9×39 ammo is good against every armor type in the game and it doesn't give a shit if you're wearing armor or not. I have no problem with the ammo and the mags being as expensive as they are. I have a problem with the rate of fire for the VAL. The VAL needs to be less of a laser – give it more recoil.
1a. The VAL makes Tarkov's endgame and late-wipe periods really stale and boring. I personally don't play Labs because I find it stale and boring due to everyone rocking VALs with good ammo.
- Jager – The Jager quests The survivalist path – Cold blooded and The survivalist path – Wounded beast " are probably one of the worst ones in the game. Wounded beast, despite it's difficulty, doesn't give you any Rep with Jager. Cold Blooded requires you to break your limbs or dehydrate yourself until you're shaking for the pain effect. You could jump off a roof, break your legs and pop a painkiller, but then you can't sprint without damaging yourself. You could have a Scav break your arm, assuming they don't take out both your legs.
- Bunny-hopping – Why do our characters cough up their lungs after sprinting 75m with 40 pounds of gear, but have hops like Carl Lewis? Why are there specific fences we can't jump over?
- Recoil, and 'metaguns' – If BSG wants to slow down Tarkov's gameplay (see changes with loot), then they need to use of discourage use of full-auto. Give all the guns in Tarkov say, 20% more recoil, or make recoil reducing attachments less effective. Also, see 1a.
