I know this post may seem ironic but it's not, my whole twitter feed and people on reddit commenting are hardcore trashing EU dota.
I'm not a person to defend any dota region especially since I'm primarily a CIS dota fan, love the constant aggression and the 10 minute babyrage GGs in some games it's just that EU has been proven at least for the last 2-3 years as a literal best region with CN being close second.
CIS and NA and SA while being fun to watch haven't really been top competitors with the exception of a few teams. (Namely beastcoast, VP/Na'vi, EG)
Now that EU doesn't do well at a single tourney everyone is hardcore flaming the region when I believe you should counter flame the region when you get 2-3 years of dominance behind you as well, not a single, unfinished major tournament.
That being said I'd actually love if Quincy's took the major since I like so many of their players
