When you say “Freeze frame it, I can see the bullet doesn’t hit – get gud”, most of the time it doesn’t speak of the players skill always.

In fire fights and many time even when squading up, you can visibly see teammates rubber band and jitter, pause in place and appear in another. Its difficult to just rule out "You missed entirely"

When players are visibly jittering and when you fire and freeze frame on that shot its hard to say it was bad aim at time because they really were there. Especially when comes to tracking.

Tracking is that constant visual feedback and expected movement. If the jittering of an enemy player is worse enough, its no longer tracking aim, its basically flicking constantly like you've had to much coffee.

I'm realizing it may be my non-chad PC build I have, but Its pretty consistent if you observe your own teammates POV's. You can watch streams of excellent players and still see it through their POV.

or maybe I just need more RAM.
