I'm curious about which task you fitted your various ships for.
I hate swapping parts around and am looking for ideas, with "feel" and looks of the different spacecraft as well as fun factor in mind, not "the best ship for x task".
Got really annoyed when I was thinking about which medium ship to use for core mining, since I find the Python to be kind of ugly and generic, so I wanted to use something else, but the thought of not using the best ship for the task kind of bothers me. Maybe some fun suggestions will help me get out of that mindset. Also don't know what to do with my Cobra.
Also, why is the Python straight up just the best medium ship for (core) mining, trading, as well as people carrying? Why hasn't this been changed, for example by making the T-7 a medium ship? Does this actually bother anyone other than me? Do you think this is an issue that needs to be addressed?
