Why missions which CAN NOT be completed are available at Stations?

I just grabbed two missions from a ramdom Station. One was to exterminate people from a faction (Dragons of Aulis) and the other one to sabotage something on a settlement.

For completing the first one I had to search settlements which were ruled by the Dragons of Aulis faction in the Aulis system. Out of 7 moons, just one settlement met the condition. When I landed I realize the settlement was offline, and full of scavengers, which didn't count for the mission at all. So obviously I had to desert that mission.

For the second one, when I land in the settlement I couldn't set a foot on the ground, because it was to hot (hotter than 800k I believe). TBH it was the lighted side of the moon, so I'll try in a few hours to see if I can do the mission or if I have to desert this one as well.

The first time, like a month ago or so, I had the same problem, this types of missions that COULDN'T BE COMPLETED. Odyssey was realeased not long ago and everyone knew it had bugs so I didn't bother that much but now it's just a gross mistake by Frontier to not have this solved.

Anyone had experienced the same as me with some missions? Am I missunterstanding something?
