I’ve been playing Dark and Darker the past 2 days, and you can tell right away that they prioritize the experience in raids.
When you hit ready, you’re in a game instantly.
AI isn’t easy but not actively stupid with ridiculous vision.
I have small stutters that happened maybe 2 times but are so minor they almost don’t matter. (It’s not perfect but it’s really tight)
Audio is good.
Fights don’t feel like a coinflip.
In the menus there’s lots of bugs, the Tarkov equivalent of moving errors sometimes merchants don’t show up or won’t sell me things… but that’s all out of the raid and usually a quick restart solves any of that
It’s the exact opposite of Tarkov.
My menus in Tark just work I get occasional issues but for the most part it’s totally fine, however all the issues come when you try to raid…
it takes 4-6+ minutes to get into a game.
Ai is, well you guys know.
Fights feel like you died to cheaters even when you don’t.
Spawns are still an issue.
Late spawns.
Busted audio.
I wish BSG would prioritize the game experience over empty new “content”
We received the “addition” of the light keeper and now we can’t go to the lighthouse itself.
I haven’t been excited about any new content added to Tarkov in a year, not because it’s not an exciting thing that they propose, but because I know that the implementation will be bad, with glaring oversights and an array of new bugs.
Or in the case of streets we’ll receive an unfinished product that doesn’t run well on monster computers.
Please just prioritize in raid experience and forget new content.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
