With so many buffs being given to player scavs in these past years, I think it’s time to give more incentives to PMC over Scav, especially with concerns over new armor system making scavs even more lethal to PMC.

Back in the day you would see every single PMC spawn being occupied by PMCs, everyone rushed center map and late into the raid P Scavs would be running around for scraps. Fast forward to today, you'll see like a handful of PMC spawns being occupied and the rest is empty, then in 5 minutes the place with be overflowing with Player Scavs and it will be non stop because as soon as you kill a P Scav, another one gets to spawn into the raid. These days I'll see like 3 to 4 PMCs per raid on average and like 10 to 12 player scavs per raid. Player Scavs have gotten Karma system to incentivize teaming up, get to spawn into raid really early now, can hang out with bosses at 6.0 karma, can get AI to fallow them around as a PMC detector system while they loot, and all AI is friendly to them. It feels like as pvp became less profitable and P Scavs became more powerful, you see way more P Scavs than PMCs even really late into a wipe

As of today, the only real advantages PMCs have left is good armor and low recoil, meta guns. But with the new armor system coming to the game, I am worried it's going to make a lot of good armor worthless. You could be wearing a slick but get shot in the thorax region by scav types of ammo and die extremely fast because the slick is so small and there's still a lot of regions exposed on your thorax, and there will be soft armor regions. On top of all this, I am heavily in favor for the new recoil system, but if the recoil is very good even with no attachment guns, then don't be surprised when Player Scavs beams you with a no stock, missing dust cover AK and kills you extremely fast with tracer rounds because he hit all the soft spots and no cover spots of your level 5 or 6 armor.

This has me very worried that player scavs will blow up even more next wipe. I feel like we need to give more incentives to PMC over Scavving next wipe. Like give a ceiling to how high you can level up your Scav Skills, like level 15 isax strength and endurance you can get, and it you really want to be able to move like a Chad, you have to use your PMC. Have it after level 20 there are longer durations you have to wait before you can scav again, instead of being able to scav every 5 minutes with high Intel and good karma. Make the guns P Scavs can have even worse next wipe. Change it back to only last 15 to 20 minutes can P Scavs be able to spawm in. Put a cap on how many player scavs can spawn into a raid, so if you kill like 10 player scavs no more can spawn in, rewarding you for winning your pvp against PMCs and killing off the Player Scavs. And finally, make pvp more. Profitable again.
