Is it just me or is Bloodhound's new buff good but still not enough to compete with other top tier legends like Wraith, Pathfinder, and Bangalore. I feel like his new ult buff continues to make you feel like unstoppable force while ulting while still not being. I have a few ideas make this more of a reality.

1. Give Bloodhound a damage reduction while ulting. This could be somewhere from 10% to 30% if I were to guess but it would obviously need testing to not be too op. I feel this would help they're ult not get cut short by getting downed so you could get those kills without getting lasered by a person with a half decent aim.

2. Give Bloodhound a damage increase same thought process as before it allows players to abuse his new buff and go on those kills streaks with his ult. This is just a different way to go about it. It would also need testing but my guess would be 10% about.

3. Give Bloodhound fast heal while ulting. This is my least favorite of the 3 but could still be effective in the out come. I don't know how much faster it would heal or if it would stack with gold armor.

4. This last one is something people have been asking for for a long time which is to make the roar at the start of the ult only hearable by teammates. This would prevent enemies form having a huge warning that your about to come charging at them.
