Mirage: I think he should turn invisible once he throws out his decoy, and for his ultimate; he should Pull out the ultimate decoy, it's like a grunt from TF2 but it does no damage, and it marks enemies that shoot, or the decoy shoots at them and mark them. But it does no damage. Turning invisible for 8.5 seconds would be fine.
Octane: I would personally say to make is tactical,like the stim pilot's tactical from TF2; I should make octane twice as fast, and make his reload speed 1.5x faster while reducing the cooldown to 10 seconds. His ultimate, I think should be up to respawn to Buff or rework.
Lifeline: meh, make her teammates after reviving with 50 hp and 25 shield; with the golden backpack, with FULL HEALTH, making her having a higher pick rate than Gibby. Her passive should cover Half of the exposed area around her. And I don't know what to do to her Care package.
