Evo Shield Buff

So I love the idea of the Evo shield and would love for it to be a regular part of the game, but I think it needs a bit of tuning before that.

For starters I think the white and blue levels should match their non-Evo counterparts in terms of armor (25->50 for white and 50->75 for blue). Resplendent could up the damage required to level up the tier of the shield to compensate for it being stronger at the lower levels.

Also with the nerf to inventory/heals I find it irritating when the shield levels up and I then have to use a cell to fill the new bracket. I 100% understand why that is because of I was in a gun fight with someone and their shield leveled and they suddenly had full armor plus 25 from where they started the fight I would be furious. However, I think if your Evo shield is fully topped off and 100% when you hit the next damage bracket it should fill the newly earned 25 shield automatically. This would make it damn near impossible to abuse this without peeking and taking pot shots or sneaking up and getting a shot before they no you’re there.

If they implemented these changes I think the Evo shield would be much more viable early game than it is right now. Any thoughts?
