I've made some ideas for nerfing the HAVOC that I think would balance it without bringing it to a bottom tier.

Idea 1:

• Reduce body shot damage from 18 to 16
• Reduce Headshot multiplier from 2.0 to 1.6 (26)
• Bring back Turbocharger, and add turbocharger to the Sentinel to compensate for the Devotion's removal from base loot. (would make disruptor rounds have 2x duration)

Idea 2:

• Reduce body shot damage from 18 to 16
• Reduce Headshot multiplier from 2.0 to 1.8 (29)
• DPS is 179.20, Down from 201.6
• Increase full-auto horizontal recoil further
• Add Precision Choke to make HAVOC act similar to the Triple Take.
• Add Ricochet Rounds to make shots bounce off any surface! (only bounces once per bullet and rounds that hit an enemy after bouncing will deal 12 damage instead of 16, bullets cannot ricochet off enemies)

Precision Choke:

• Shoots 3 horizontal shots that go outward and then inward similar to the end of a trident
• Each shot deals 10 damage (30 when all three hit)
• Rate of fire is 6.5, full auto
• 195 DPS assuming you hit every single shot, which could be difficult in close range due to strange projectile trajectory

All of this is purely assuming they nerf the HAVOC in the upcoming event, and if they do I would be excited to see one of these.
