BloodHound: tiny nerf, I think he's great right now. If he had to change I would say make his tactical shorter and make the recharge time faster.
Gibraltar: Needs a little nerf, I think one of the two bonus perks to his tactic should go. But I don't think he's too overpowered right now.
LifeLine: Needs a small buff, faster recharge time for the tactical. People want her to be able to look around while reviving, I think that would be cool. Even though I don't see her get played as much as she used to I think she is still a very good character.
Pathfinder: Nerf, I think the concept of his tactical is a bit too OP but it's way too late to change it. The recharge time for his abilities should be slightly longer.
Wraith: nerf, Activation time for tactical should be longer, and the amount of time spent in the void should be shorter.
Bangalore: Slight rework, I think her ult is still too similar to Gibby's and maybe when her missiles go off they have an effect like the thermal grenade.
Caustic: Small Buff, I think he should be able to throw his traps faster and farther. I think he could also use a slight rework, where his teammates also see enemies in the smoke, or maybe they would get hurt at all in it.
Mirage: Buff and rework: His clones should be able to mimic players better (climb use zips). He should also be able to have multiple, like Caustic and Bangalore. Passive needs to last longer. Clones during ult should run around and do something.
Octane: Needs a slight buff. Longer stem time and faster ult recharge. I think it would be interesting if he got a rework, it would make his stem also give a 30% boost to health items and revive.
Wattson: small nerf, make recharge times take longer, that's about it.
Crypto: slight rework, when your drone is destroyed, you can activate your ult, but instead of an emp, it automatically recharges drone. He useless without it and his passive isn't really a passive.
Revenant: Big rework, all of his stuff needs to be slightly changed. First, passive, make the climbing longer or infinite and don't make it slow down. you can see pathfinders fling up to the fifth floor of a building in a second, infinite climbing is really not that OP. Second, tactical. It needs to shut off passive abilities and also turn off activated abilities. Yeah, I said it. If it hits a lifeline while shes reviving, boom no shield. hits wraith in void, normal again. Hits BloodHound, during ult, normal again. Hits placed objects, the core of dome shield or bounce pad or portal, destroyed. I know it sounds crazy but I think this would really change the meta. I'm not entirely behind this idea because I know it is very OP. Third, Ult. If anything has to change it's this, remove the range, it is useless because of it. I don't care if you change nothing else, this is one mandatory thing that should change.
If anyone needs to be changed it is revenant and Mirage, then maybe crypto or octane.
