I believe the r-99/havoc combo is far superior to any other for its versatility and damage output. I prefer the 1xhog on the 99 and the 2xhog on the havoc. Whether i pick up the selectfire reciever or the turbocharger, i can always make good use out of the havoc. Although i really have to say that the reciever on the havoc needs either a damage buff to make up for the charge time or a reduced charge time to make up for the lack of damage.
The 99 needs no explanation as to why it's an essential in any firefight. With the purple/gold stabilizer it can be very effective at suppressing enemies at range and detrimental to anyone who challenges you face-to-face as the hipfire accuracy is tremendous.
The havoc has a phenominal ability to rip through shield and health in a single mag. Paired with the purple ext. mag it is absolutely deadly.
