Diamond players should have their own lobbies. I’ve been in diamond both seasons and 95% of my deaths are to predator players. The kind with 12k-40k+ kills. I’m tired of it. It is not a test of my skill against players my own skill level. It has become who can hide from the predators in the lobby the longest.
Last season this drove my squad and I to only play unranked so we didn’t have to play against people like this. But with the introduction of skill based match making we now have two options when it comes to playing.
Die to all the best players in the world and lose rank, or die and lose for free.
I never understood why apex predators got to swing in to diamond lobbies in the first place. If they aren’t in your rank they shouldn’t play you. It should matter if they have to wait an extra couple minutes per match.
In turn my friends and I have now spent weeks trying to make this game fun again but it’s just not there anymore. It’s just a routine of being absolutely picked apart by the best of the best.
If you’re going to use SBMM at least use it properly.
