Way back during late season 1/ early season 2 (pre-Octanes Gauntlet), I encountered an Octane climbing up a wall at the soon to be Octanes Gauntlet area. I quickly killed him before he could even turn towards me and upon dying, he dropped an assortment of loot all over the ground. I have never killed a player that didn't drop a deathbox, and I am wondering if this was an easter egg that was hinting towards the change to Octanes Gauntlet.
Linked is a picture of where I encountered this bot. Unfortunately, I did not think to take a screencap of the event, but I am sure somebody else has encountered this as well. Please convince me that I am not going insane!
