Thought I'd have a go at 'decoding' the Wraith loading screen with the missing pieces. A potential hidden message/Lore piece/Easter egg?

The loading screen shows:

The following is a partially transcribed report discovered during construction of the Kings Canyon Apex games 3.5.28: (Assuming US format, March 5th)

On February 27 (Makes sense that the report would be a few days after the event itself) Security Guard Vart(unimportant? Perhaps linked to another Legend or character?) reported on record that an (illegal) trespasser infiltrated Kings Canyon facility (unknown) at 1900 hou(rs). We had been told the whole campus was cleared by order of (Blisk? Dr Singh?) when we began (patrol.) It's important to note (that) the trespasser used an unknown tech(nology) to (enter.) I haven't seen anything like (that or this?) since my temporary assignment on p(la)net Typh(on). We procee(ded) with our orders to completely (evacuate/destroy?) the entire underground (facility) but request further instructions from A_R_Divi(sion.) Who was she?

Lots of missing and ambigious letters, some not so important. Or perhaps the missing letters form an anagram or hidden message?

If that's the case, and this is by no means accurate, we get a February (or perhaps Feb) the end of Vart, (could be 'en' or 'ey' or even 'ar' or 'ay.), Illegal (unknown name of facility), rs, en, Another unknown, Blisk or Singh perhaps, again unknown, perhaps Patrol. Then 'this/that', nology, enter, that, la, ded, (evacuate/destroy) facility, sion.
