A couple SPG suggestions

For a while now I felt as if Arty should be more active (think FV304, but pushed further) and watching Quickybaby play the M44 recently confirmed that for me. So I had a few ideas I was keeping to myself that I thought I'd share now, possibly to many people's dislike.

One is that Arty could have a "siege mode" type mechanic, in which they can't traverse or move forward whilst in this mode, but get their god view and can aim as normal (when not in "siege mode" their accuracy is obviously worse) . It could take anywhere from 5-7 seconds to setup and would require repositioning and planning to reach different angles.

Another idea I had is that there should be a large shell damage dropoff say, after 550-650 meters, plus the reduction or complete removal of stun effects, this would also require Arty to play more aggressively and move around more to be effective

With changes like these, I at least personally think artillery would be good options to break those tough fights where it's needed but also have it not be completely brainless to play. (Granted, some rebalancing in stats such as HP would probably be needed)
