I love video games, and around when I was 10 years old I stumbled upon this game and instantly loved it. I am a sucker for war related games and I was interested in this one.
I played on and off many times throughout the lifespan of this game, often leaving for extended periods of time just cuz I constantly got my butt whooped.
When I was younger I assume I had not a clue about any game mechanics, I seriously played bad because I was just having fun and enjoying the tanks themselves.
Now that I am much older, and I like to be good at things, I want to turn my stats around as much as I can and try to improve. I have a seriously low amount of games played compared to others, and when I first started playing WOT I believe I had an issue of rushing to get to higher tiers cuz I thought the tanks were cooler.
I believe that habit has hindered my performances today as I think I still tend to rush to higher tiers. I wanted to check in with you guys and see if you have any advice on what I should do, should I return to lower tiers and start ground up?
I like to play light tanks which is getting me much hate due to my lack of games played, I don’t like bringing my team down.
My gamer tag is Matt2001 if anyone cares to check my stats to get a better insight on how I play. Thank you if you’ve actually read this far, I just want to be better, and the first step is admitting that I’m just not very good.
