Hey guys my name is catalinike and i play this game since 2011 this is the first time it ever happend to me that i got banned, even tho for suicidal in the game ?
i play at around 2.3-2.5 k wn8 with a general score of 1.7. Question is why should i get banned for this if i dont practice suicide with my acct because of loss of Stats so i decided to investigate
i found out that i was hacked by another person who played on from some days without me noticed so i found out that he died in some games with 0 ammout of damage.
hmm ok lets see if WG can find more answears because i am not a hacker but i am a PREMIUM SUBCRBIED MEMBER FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW basicly i have premium account payed from my account every month for better and faster progresion in game
the response of WG shocked me because as u can see down in the picture areas they dont care if somebody else cracked that account and start on a rampage even tho is not the actual customer's play
so i decided to quit investing in to World of TANKS products because they treat us the Premium Customers [SALARY PAYERS] like some goats that need to be put down and not ensure we have a good security of our accounts [at least notify that the account was accesed from another location or another computer, WG dosne't have that]
WG dosen't respect your accounts and your personal data to ensure your account is safe at least from PUNISHMENT that THEY ARE INFORCING on your account even tho you are not responsible [hacked]
What this means is that if for example in my case sombody acces your acct and starts to play mizerable, till u actualy are get to see and actualy change password u will eventualy be banned
i will realy quit invest in WG because u lose money and u have no guarantees that the account will not suffer like be banned or stolen because of their low security[if it exist]….. they will do nothing as u can see in the pictures bellow [links]
p,s my WG account pass is unique i dont use it only in wot and who discovered must had acces to their servers because in my computer i see nothing and i scanned with 4 antiviruses and sended to 1 specialst , he told me everething is clean in my pc no keyloggers or something to stole keyboard gestures or save.
