So the bz-75 turned out mediocre at best, here's an idea on how to buff it to make it decent, but still balanced.
Buffing the turret: the biggest downfall of the tank is it's turret, so buffing the both side cupolas to not being a weak spot and leaving the middle thing weak will achieve 2 things
1: it will make turret armor viable and allow hull down play
2: will still have a weak spot that can be penned even while on full hull down and it can be protected with rising the gun, but if the bz tries to shoot someone it will have to expose it
Stat changes
Top speed 30kph -> 33kph (allows with field mods and turbo to go 40 / 60 with rockets, so if you want you can make some aggressive plays using the rockets and not be sluggish without them)
Base reaload 18s->17,25s (18s for 650 alpha is a bit too long, but let's not make is a machine gun)
Base dispersion 0.42 -> 0.39 (dispersion on the move stays the same so no snap shots, but at least the gun won't miss fully aimed shots as much while still not being a sniper)
