Customer Service is absolutely pathetic (EU)

Basically I had a username removed from an old account by an agent and was told to wait 45 days before it can go on to my new account. After 45 days it never released. So when getting back to them on this, the agent said the name was probably taken by another account but when asking them to check the email associated with the account, while they didn't tell me, they told me to "wait another week" meaning it wasn't taken by anyone.

A previous obscure username removed on my current account is also not available meaning it was definately a case of the usernames just not releasing. Then in a weeks time, I asked again and I was told to wait another week. And again and again. Finally an agent agreed to put me through to a "specialist" and after a month waiting on hold, here is what the "specialist" had to say:

"Please keep in mind that if the nickname is still locked after 30 days it means that nicknames are taken by another accounts. Even if those accounts were registerd by same user and not activated nicknames are not going to be released in 30 days inactivity because it´s paused untiů autoteleport will be finished."

So we can establish from this, they didn't even bother to read any of the previous messages…
