I feel like the game has some major balancing issues. Especially on the lower tiers (1-5), there are a lot of game which are determined in the first 1-2 minutes, because one team already lost like ten tanks. This of course is also due to the fact that the new players on the lower tiers don't know how to play the game as well as the playerbase in the higher tiers, but it's still hindering the fun a lot (alongside the problem hat you only play Cloister, Mines and Himmelsdorf for the first 20 hours of the game).
When going up the tiers, I often find myself in games with tanks 2 tiers higher than me. This is much more challenging and unrewarding to play than a match with equal tears. If I'm playing a medium tank, I feel like I can still slightly influence the game, even though I still have huge issues penning the higher tier tanks. If I am playing a Tiger P and I'm up against a bunch of tier 9 heavies, I feel like there is no way for me to influence the game as a mediocre player. Same thing if I play a light tank in this game; I pretty much die in one shot and even the enemy medium tanks are spotting me before I spot them and are faster than me.
This problem is naturally solved by playing tier 10 tanks, or at least tier 9. But then again, there are such enormous discrepancies in the power levels of the tier 10 tanks. This also kinda defeats the purpose of grinding a tech tree. I don't want to play 200 of miserable gameplay the achieve a tank which is worthless (I am looking at you, Rheinmetall Panzerwagen).
