The whole event to me just emphasizes the "gambling" approach WG seems to be aiming for. I've spent probably 6 million silver now trying to find the premium tank I'm actually interested in. The cost of a tier 10 tank practically, to gain the privilege of being able to spend another 60$ on a tank I actually want. The concept of 3 free re-rolls every day is laughable, as the event is so clogged up with trash you aren't likely to even get a tank offer, let alone one you might want. Add in the insult of rentals of actual good tanks, and the entire thing just stinks to me. And the worst part? I'm likely going to continue to play slots to get what I want.
At least in the blackmarket, you know what you are bidding on. Bid doesn't succeed? No downside aside from disappointment. You know when the bid starts, and you know when it ends. With the Caravan, it started in the middle of the night for me and the good deals were largely gone by morning.
The whole thing just sits wrong with me.
