EBR balancing idea

Last 3 battles in high tiers were ruled by wheelies and squares, so instead of raging i decided to use the Last sane peice of my mind to think how to fix ebrs. Ill list the changes, left columns with current and right with my idea, after that a Quick idea on improving the actual gamplay and not only stats

HP: 1300 -> 1350…
Damage: 390 -> 360 with APCR and HEAT, 500 -> 420 HE…
Pen: 190 -> 212 APCR, 240 -> 255 heat, 105 -> 75 He…
Reload: 12s -> 11.5…
Dispersion: 0.36 -> 0.39
While moving in Fast mode: 0.8 -> 0.22
While in maneuver mode: 0.8 -> 0.15…
Top speed: in Fast mode: 91km/h -> 87 km/h, in maneuver mode: 70 km/h -> 68 km/h…
Aim time: 1.34s -> 2.2s…
Max. wheel angle: 33° -> 25°…
Camo: 21.15 base -> 18.9 base…
Viewrange 340m -> 365m…
Switching between modes: 0s -> 1.5s…

And now for the ideas:
Ebrs cant be stopped as we know, Just slowed Down, id change this to some point. For every wheel that has been damaged the ebr would lose 12.5% of max speed and turning speed, up to 75%. Also i would change the repairs on the EBR, they wouldnt be able to repar wheel while moving, to repair wheel they would need to stop, so the repairing procesy would start, or use repair kit to regain the wheels Back.

In addition id add time for switching the modes, so ebrs wouldnt be able to do 90 degree turns in 90km/h on one centimeter, and on top of that, everytime ebr would change the mode its speed would drop to maximum of 50 km/h for 1.5 seconds and lose the ability to steer for Said amount of time, which would mean that ebrs would have to think when is the Best time to swich modes, or if they should stay sitting while changing the modes, no more Press X to go instant NFS and then Press X to instantly do 180° turn on the spot.
