The Tank Warrior would be a one-week game mode akin to Frontlines. The concept is World of Tanks in a post-apocalyptic setting. Rather than running standard tanks, you instead cobble together tanks from scavenged parts.
The Tank Warrior garage would have 3 vehicle slots to build your tank. You must have researched the module as normal to select it for your vehicle. Vehicles can use different tier modules, with the average tier level determining what tier your vehicle is.
Suspension: Your suspension choice also dictates which tank hull you are using, and your crew compliment. In order to use premium tank modules, you must select a premium tank suspension.
Radio: Your radio choice must be equal or greater to the lowest-level module you have selected; No choosing a tier 1 radio to lower your overall tier valuer.
Engine: Since all the other modules have weight values, the engine you choose needs to have enough power for movement an acceleration. Engines will determine how fast your top speed it, as how fast you accelerate. Most engines span across tank weight classes, so there's no issues in selecting whatever engine you want.
Turret: Your turret cannot be a weight class above your suspension choice; if you select a medium suspension, you cannot take a heavy turret. Also, if you are selecting an autoloading gun, you must take a turret which supports an autoloader. You may select a tank destroyer turret, it is considered a heavy turret.
Gun: You cannot take a gun that is lower tier than your turret, and you cannot take a gun that is a weight class heavier; if you have a medium Tier 8 turret, your gun can be Tier 8 or lower, and a medium or light gun. A heavy tank can select a TD gun if it has selected a TD turret; you cannot take a TD gun from a non-turret TD on a heavy.
A tank destroyer hull without a turret may select an SPG gun.
An SPG hull may select a tank destroyer gun.
So, a theoretical vehicle could be a Black Prince suspension (tier 7), an E-75 engine (E-75, tier 9), an AMX 50-100 turret (Tier 8), and an AMX 13-75 gun (Tier 7). Lowest tier is 7, so minimum tier radio must be 7, so pick one. Average tier 7.6, so rounds up to a tier 8 gun.
Now, I don't know how well the engine/hull combination works, and whether it would need enhanced suspension – note; this gives a reason to actually use enhanced suspension if you want a bigger turret. But, it's an example.
