With nine years and counting of gameplay, I've achieved a fairly comfortable average 52.4% winrate after 17k battles, tried all classes, and grinded several lines to Tier 10, at least one per faction.
Unfortunately, I have to be honest with myself and admit – Tier 10 is not for me.
I'm not a tryhard, I never was. Therefore, my approach to the game has been rather relaxed, and I never took things too seriously (why would I? I'm not even in a clan, let alone a competitive one), though I'm not one you would call a casual either.
My unwillingness to bleed credits to win (premium ammo, premium consumables), combined with my lack of skill ("above average" is my cap), ensured that Tier 10 is pretty much a forbidden ground.
It is disappointing, but it is reassuring that there are plenty of very good Tier 9 tanks out there, so while I'm missing out on endgame content, I can still enjoy the next best thing.
So yeah, I just wanted to share this with the subreddit. I would also like to remind everyone that while WG does everything to make us play Tier 10 (only tier allowed in Clan War and Ranked, and I would not be surprised if it'll be added to Frontline one day), always remember that there are a lot of interesting and/or powerful tanks at lower tiers as well.
