IMO:
50% depends on what tank you are playing ( I kinda believe it is higher but i leave it at that)
– Some notes I see Same Premium Tanks in lower ranks/ The battles with T8 against T10 where they just dominate / and obviously some of the same Tier Premiums dominate, Like Progetto 46
15% Crew training and perk – Really important, after 3 perks I can really feel the difference
5% equipment/ammo/consumables – this one is kinda low since more or less have the same
25% actual skills and knowing the map (this one really shows in Event games where the tanks are the same)
5% RNG
