I just got an other Woman from the personal campaign missions and wanted to put here in my french light, but then I looked at the rolls of the crew members again.
the gunner is also loader.
is it really worth it to use a female for that. I would train Camo and then just gunner skills and skip the loader skills for now, because they don't seem too important.
and the driver is just the driver. would you switch out a normal driver for a 0-Skill crewmember?

It also recommands a 0-Skill Crewmember for the AMX 30B.
but the Loader is the Radioman, so I would again just skip the Loader skills and start with Situational Awareness.
