I haven’t been playing as long as others, less than 3 years. It took a long time for me to get my first tier 10 tank. Now, this year, I’ve already gotten 6 more. I’ve started to think it’s too easy to get into a tier 10 now. Is this a bad thing? I don’t know but I wanted to see what others thought.
WG has added a number of things that make the grind go faster.
While I’ll acknowledge that as I play more, I get better and thus get more xp on average, the number of battles I play in a tier 9 to unlock the t10 has dropped like a rock.
My first tier 10 took 305 battles to unlock in the t9 tank. I just finished the 60TP playing 14 battles in the t8 and less than 40 in the tier 9.
I enjoy grinding my tanks but it feels super cheap to be ‘done’ with a tree so quickly. I kind of wish the blue prints weren’t for tanks but their modules.
Everyone agrees stock grinds are a pain. Posts like this capture all we hate about them.
I’d prefer getting a tank fully unlocked sooner and spend more games unlocking the next tank rather than having to grind through garbage modules and having the next tier immediately unlocked.
Thoughts?
