MOE possibly skewed.

I've been trying to three mark the WZ 111 5A on and off for quite a few months. I decided out of my frustration and eagerness to understand what is going on, I will collect and analyze data. Let's look at the hard numbers and then I will give my perspective on the randomness or lack thereof.
My MOE over the course of my 1120 battles in TOTAL peaked at 92% and dipped back down to 81% and is now currently at 84%. This has happened for roughly 300-400 games and counting. I average 3330 damage per game and win 58% of my battles in the WZ 111 5A. In the past twenty four hours I played 82 games in the WZ 111 5A and averaged 2843 winning 63% of my battles. Now comes my take on this.
82 games is far too large of a sample size to blame on bad luck. At first glance I am averaging 457 damage per every game during this twenty four hour period less than my overall. That doesn't sound like a big deal – but it is. I am consistently doing almost one shot of damage less than overall – so it's no wonder as to why my MOE has been decreasing significantly. Ultimately there are only two factors that can be analyzed – everything I can control and everything outside of my control. The only thing I can control is my gameplay. The map rotations, players on my team, tier composition, and damage rolls are all outside of my control. When stated like this it's a simple binary argument. If it's truly random I have actually been getting progressively worse over the course of 82 games since all outside factors have remained relatively the same (i.e. you get bad maps then good maps, bad players on your side and good players, since it's random) or my play style/skill level has remained relatively the same and the outside factors have become a hindrance, ergo, resulting in my MOE to decrease.
Notice that I have played a whopping 82 games over a 24 hour period. That is (relatively speaking) a large sample size. If this was due to 'bad luck', I should have started averaging my normal damage after a few games. That never happened. This is why I personally do not believe outside factors are not manipulated. I can logically understand why someone would say bad luck streaks occur or you aren't playing to the best of your ability out of rage. That's fair. However, I didn't play consecutively and on top of that I played many battles thereby ensuring I do not have a small sample size.
TL DR: Over the course of 82 games I've averaged 457 damage less resulting in my MOE to decrease. I don't believe that a bad luck streak lasting 82 games resulted in my MOE decreasing, nor do I believe I've progressively became a worse player as I played more. Logically I think I would become better. Therefore I think there are elements wherein prevent you from three marking tanks too fast.
