Obviously, the first thing on someones mind, they would say I am just using the same photos/doctoring/Etc. Well, look at it this way, to prove the point, I used a poorly skilled crew, my Hellcat. At full qualifier, 100% 1st skill, (the driver) 65.35% 2nd skill, there is 2,600 exp pts remaining until 66%. At 15 minutes, the experience transfer would be 120 more exp. Which means an additional 0.046 added to .35%, which would mean either 65.39 or 65.40 depending on rounding up/down. EVEN WITH 1 5minute interval, 40 exp, it would bump up 0.0154. Turning 65.35 into 65.36 or 65.37. Thats why l used a poorly trained crew, as even minor exp gains like 40, can produce detectable numeric changes to spot. To test if it was functioning or not. And the test to see if its functioning, was a cellphone video literally in-front of my computer screen for 6:15 timer, well in excess of 5min exp and 40exp getting awarded, and no exp was issued. Hellcat crew has stayed the same.
And yes, you can clearly see the Blue ([+]) symbol is present. And yes, you can see the intensive crew regime is highlighted yellow, as Hellcat being the vehicle chosen. The Hellcat crew is yellow, accepted, rather than red. The cellphone video is 282MB, so it is hard to showcase and move around, but it does exist and clearly intensive regime training is NOT working on my account. And it was working last I checked, Friday Oct 27. While not too big an issue as its not even a full month of 11$ subscription, I am still currently missing out on 11,500 exp per day the further this issue continues. A big reason I subscribe.
To be clear, I have WOTPLUS for many months now, and have used intensive crew training for months. I have TS54, I can switch out bounty gear, I get gold per week on battles. I gain my daily prizes. Other issues post .22.1 patch include, 3rd excluded map randomly unticks from my profile. I have to manually re-enter the 3rd map I had excluded before, to be excluded continuing on. Further issues include weird messages about my WOTPLUS bottom right in recent commands/updates/results, despite my continued subscription and no actions of cancellation. Further issues include of course general dysfunction of skirmishes, in all tiers (6,8,10) being full of errors messages, unreadyable players, unreadyable vehicles, not being able to join skirmish teams, infinite loading wheels with skirmishes.
I have sent a ticket about the issue, its been updated with support viewing the issue. If someone can show me a way to send video files over 50MB, or simply their video file .type, to WG Support, (their limits) thank you. I have informed 2 CCs about the issue, if the WG support is insufficient in answering this issue or delays too long, I will attempt in having them make this issue public and transparent.
Lastly, anyone else having this issue?
